After several months of planning, I have finally released my website called TDW Lifestyle, which is basically this blog plus more. (So, yeah, I moved this blog to this new website, but I’ll still be posting updates to let you guys know when new posts on the website come out.)
TDW Lifestyle is going to include blog posts on fitness, nutrition, opinions about fitness/nutrition-related stuff, boot camp workouts (I LOVE THIS STYLE OF WORKOUT!), and lots of research pieces form information I discover through my continuing education that I think is important for the public to know. TDW Lifestyle also offers workout plan services and personal training services. I’ll also eventually include meal plan services once I receive my PN1 Certification–but not for those needing medical nutrition therapy.
